1. Are the tickets refundable?

Tickets sold are non-refundable.

2. Can we extend the ticket validity of the confirmation code?

Confirmation codes are strictly non-extendable in validity.

3. Where can I collect the e-ticket after I purchased from the site?

A confirmation email with the confirmation code will be sent to your email once the purchase is made.

4. What happens if I did not receive a confirmation email after purchase?

Do check you spam or junk mail. If it is still not there, please email us at [email protected] to resend the confirmation email to you. Please provide us with your full name and your email address used when buying the ticket.

5. What should I see in my confirmation email?

The confirmation email will provide a confirmation code together with a QR image. It would include the details and conditions of the tickets that you have purchased.

6. Do I need to print out the confirmation email?

It is an e-ticket and no printing is necessary. You will be required to show the confirmation email and the image at the attractions. Alternatively, you may want to print the confirmation email if it is easier.

7. There is no QR code on my confirmation email. Why is this so?

Please edit settings from your computer to enable pictures to be downloaded by your email. The QR code will show in the confirmation email after changing the settings.

8. How long are the tickets valid for?

The validity varies – Please check the conditions and valid of each ticket prior to purchase.

9. Can I make redeem the tickets partially and make the remaining redemption on an another time?

No partial redemption at each attraction is allowed. Once the confirmation code is scanned at a particular attraction, you would have to redeem all the tickets for that particular attraction.

If you are planning to go on separate days to a particular attraction, kindly make separate purchases for each of the days .

10. What if I need to redeem the tickets on different days for the same attraction

Please refer to partial redemption.

11. Where do I redeem my tickets?

Most redemption happens at the guest services redemption booth.

Please refer to your confirmation email for the specific instructions for each of the attraction information.

12. Do I have to call the attraction to make a reservation?

Generally there is no need to call to make a reservation for most attractions. However, there are a few attractions that may require you to book in advance. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the tickets that you purchased.
